Pamper Evening Essentials

Hello lovelies,

I have become rather obsessed recently of a good ole’ pamper session. A hot bubble bath with a good book and then smothering myself in lots of hydrating fruity goodies. I think we all need a good TLC every now and then, and since the weather is turning colder I have been obsessed. I have selected a few of my favourite things to use during a pamper session, just some really nice finds that make my pamper sessions even more relaxing!

Garnier Softening Toner

If you need something to remove makeup, pollution and dirt build up after a long day, look no further. This toner is amazing for just that and it’s fresh, fruity scent makes it all the more enjoyable.

Nspa 5 Minute Magic Mask

No pamper session is complete without a good face mask. I am a huge lover of clay face masks, but this one is a little different. It contains little beads filled with vitamins that burst when rubbed into the skin. This is my ultimate mask for when my skin needs that pick me up.

Nspa Fruit Extracts Shower and Bath Gel

There is nothing better than laying in a tub of bubbles reading a good book. These little babies are a must have for showers and baths. I currently own two, as I am fussy and cannot decide on smells. I will usually use one to create a mass of bubbles in my bath, a must really.. and the other as my body wash. These smell so delicious and leave your skin feeling super clean and fresh.

Tesco Loves Baby Soothing Bathtime Powder

Being the big baby that I am, I love a good baby powder. There is nothing worse than getting dressed after a bath, and not feeling completely dry. This powder does just that, along with making my skin feel super smooth.

Nspa Moisturising  Shea Body Butter

I am a big lover of body butters, especially this one. It leaves my skin looking healthy and glowy whilst smelling delicious. It doesn’t feel greasy or stick and just glides over my skin leaving it feel hydrated and smooth!

Nspa Vanilla Body Mist

This extra step is not at all necessary, but I just love body mists so I always make sure to use one. After you get out of the bath, your pores are usually opened. Anything you apply to your skin whilst the pores are open are just going to sink right in. I love anything that smells of vanilla, so this little baby is a must have for me!

Tresemme Split Remedy Serum

It’s no secret that I neglect my hair, but if I am going to use anything it will be this. I have visibly noticed that my split ends are better and it makes my hair so smooth. Love, love, love.

Skin Care

There are four skin care products that I love to use on a good pamper session. For maximum hydration, I like to use both a gel and a cream moisturiser. The Garnier Rejuvenating Hydration Gel will sink into my skin and then start hydrating from the inside – out. The Simple Illuminating Radiance Cream will sit on top of my skin, hydrating from the outside – in. It’s the best of both worlds to get hydrated luminous skin! I will then go in and apply two eye creams, the Nspa Youthful Eye Cream will help with any fine lines in the long run, and the Simple Soothing Eye Balm is amazing for soothing tired eyes. It literally relaxes them and you feel your eyes getting tired, which is great before bed!

Bed Time..

The final step in my pamper session is of course, bed. There is nothing more relaxing than laying in bed with a hot chocolate and ‘Friends’ on repeat. The perfect ending to the perfect pamper session!

So these are my absolute essentials for a pamper evening! Perfect for a little bit of tlc and relaxation!

What is your idea of a great pamper evening? Are any of these your essentials?

Until next time my loves,
